We are a small consultancy doing work that is larger than our size would suggest. Engineers here run their own projects, deal directly with clients and architects, and see a job through from feasibility to handover.

Mechanical Engineer
Degree-qualified engineers with building services experience across air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection and plumbing, or graduates prepared to learn the discipline properly from the ground up.
Electrical Engineer
Degree-qualified engineers covering electrical and extra-low voltage systems for buildings, from load design through to authority submission, or graduates prepared to learn the discipline properly from the ground up.
M&E Designers and Draughtspersons
Designers comfortable in AutoCAD and Revit who can turn an engineering intent into a coordinated, buildable drawing set.

Work towards your PE
Two registered Professional Engineers on the board, in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. If you are working towards PE registration, you will have people around you who have done it.
Whole projects, not fragments
Each project is led by one engineer. You will carry a job from feasibility through design, authority submission and site, rather than seeing one slice of it.
Range you would not otherwise get
Hotels, food factories, restaurants, good class bungalows, conservation buildings, monasteries and lift modernisation in live buildings. Rarely the same problem twice.
Green Mark and specialist exposure
We work on projects that go on to win BCA Green Mark awards, and on specialist lift, escalator and chiller replacement work that most consultancies never touch.
